Les enfants, en particulier, ont absolument besoin de leur apport quotidien en vitamines, min\u00e9raux et nutriments pour bien grandir.<\/p>\n<p>Mais c&rsquo;est plus facile \u00e0 dire qu&rsquo;\u00e0 faire, car avec la plupart des enfants, les l\u00e9gumes bons pour la sant\u00e9 restent dans l&rsquo;assiette et ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent manger des nuggets en forme de dinosaure.<\/p>\n<p>Mais manger sain n&rsquo;est pas forc\u00e9ment ennuyeux \u2026<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Des recettes savoureuses qui donnent de la force: <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px; text-align: center;\"><strong>POWER BALLS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">Ces boules d\u00e9licieuses et bonnes pour la sant\u00e9 sont un en-cas id\u00e9al. Formez une boule entre vos mains avec environ une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de pr\u00e9paration. Si le m\u00e9lange est trop sec, ajoutez un peu de miel ou de sirop d&rsquo;agave en fonction de vos go\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">Mettez la noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e dans un bol et roulez les Power Balls dedans. Vous pouvez couper les l\u00e9gumes et les disposer dans l&rsquo;assiette de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 former un visage qui sourit, ou utiliser des emporte-pi\u00e8ces pour vos l\u00e9gumes et leur donner une forme amusante. Il serait plus simple de leur expliquer rapidement, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;exemples, en quoi la nourriture qu&rsquo;ils ont devant eux pourrait \u00eatre bonne pour eux.
